JUNE 1ST - INTRO TO SUMMER MIXOLOGY: A class for all levels! our intro classes are meant to turn any novice cocktail maker into a mixologist by introducing you to a few simple techniques to wow any guest at any party you throw. This class shows you what wonderful produce summer has to offer and what we are mixing up this time of year.
JUNE 15TH - SHRUBS AND TINCTURES: Shrubs and tinctures have been around for centuries as a way to preserve peak season ingredients to use all year round. In this class, we will be taking a deep dive in how to apply these amazing ingredients to mixology and how vibrant and complex they can make even the simplest cocktail recipe!
JUNE 29TH - SUMMER SEASONAL MIXOLOGY: Summer is a time of lounging by a body of water with a frosty drink in your hand. This class will give you some of our best recipeds to do just that! Summer offers a variety of great ingredients that were made to go in cocktails.
JULY 13TH - SUMMER TIKI: Time for one of our favorite classes! We at Alembic love tiki......it's flashy, it's boozy, and it's so so fun. Come explore this world with us in our Summer rendition of a really exciting course!
JULY 2OTH - ALL THINGS RUM: Rum has a sorted history of pirates and illegal trading, but the outcome of that history left us with a spirit unlike any other. Rum is such a versitile spirit, the applications are endless. Join us as we use several itterations of cane spirits in some really dynamic cocktails.
JULY 27TH - SPARKLING COCKTAILS: Bubbles add so much to cocktail creations. They add texture, effervescence, and sometimes some much needed NA mixer. Whether it be sparkling wine, beer, club soda, or tonic, join us as we guide you through our favorite ways of adding bubbles to our cocktails in this uplifting course!
AUGUST 3RD - VEGGIE COCKTAILS: Playing with vegetables in cocktails results on a variation of savory and sweet. It's more than just a bloody mary, it's a crash course in using the best summer has to offer when it comes to veggies!
AUGUST 17TH - AGAVE SPIRITS: Get ready for round two of Agave Spirits, where you'll taste the best that agave spirits have to offer! It's time for another round of all things agave! In this class, we are encorporating summer ingredients with some of our favorite tequila and mezcal recipes to bring you a dynamic class that's not only fun but super eductaional.
