JUNE 23RD - SUMMER SEASONAL MIXOLOGY: Summer is a time of lounging by a body of water with a frosty drink in your hand. This class will give you some of our best recipeds to do just that! Summer offers a variety of great ingredients that were made to go in cocktails.

JULY 21ST - SPARKLING COCKTAILS: Bubbles add so much to cocktail creations. They add texture, effervescence, and sometimes some much needed NA mixer. Whether it be sparkling wine, beer, club soda, or tonic, join us as we guide you through our favorite ways of adding bubbles to our cocktails in this uplifting course!

JULY 28TH - ALL THINGS RUM: Rum has a sorted history of pirates and illegal trading, but the outcome of that history left us with a spirit unlike any other. Rum is such a versitile spirit, the applications are endless. Join us as we use several itterations of cane spirits in some really dynamic cocktails.
